The NGO Resource Hub conducted a Digital Data Collection and Monitoring Workshop in Wau this week, attracting program officers from more than 15 humanitarian organizations. The training focused on using mobile-based tools to improve the accuracy of field data, reduce paperwork, and strengthen real-time reporting.

Participants were introduced to platforms such as KoboToolbox, ODK, and cloud-based dashboards. The hands-on approach allowed attendees to design sample forms, run test surveys, and analyze collected data.

Organizers noted that improved data systems will help South Sudanese NGOs make more evidence-based decisions and enhance accountability to communities and donors.
