The NGO Resource Hub has launched a new Mentorship Program aimed at supporting young professionals entering the humanitarian and development sector in South Sudan. The initiative pairs youth with experienced NGO leaders who provide guidance in areas such as project design, communication, field coordination, and career development.

During the launch event in Juba, mentors highlighted the importance of empowering young people to take up leadership roles in the future. Participants expressed excitement about the opportunity to gain professional exposure and build networks within the NGO community.

The program will run for six months and will include monthly mentorship sessions, career talks, and practical skills workshops.
